Seminar or training registration by e-mail or regular mail is binding. The rules and regulations set by the hosting venue apply to everyone taking part in the training sessions. There are only a limited number of places available per event and there is no guarantee that all registration requests can be honored. It is therefore recommended that you register at least four weeks before the seminar begins to secure a spot. The start, duration, location and costs for the seminars are available upon request or by marking them on the website. By confirming your participation in-writing or by e-mail, we officially accept this offer and a legally valid contract is concluded.

Prices / Invoice
Our prices do not include the statutory value added tax (VAT). Accommodation and meals are not included in the seminar price, unless the seminar confirmation states otherwise. Payment must be made in advance, as stated in the invoice.

Minimum number of participants
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, an open seminar could be cancelled and we would then withdraw from the already concluded seminar contracts. In this case, you will be notified by telephone or e-mail up to eight days before the scheduled seminar date. Should this occur, we will reschedule at an alternative later seminar date. No further claims, for example, for damages or reimbursement of expenses will be made.

Change of trainer and location
Changes in the program for organizational reasons, a change in the trainers and a change in the seminar location can occur for production reasons or due to an actual theater performance. In this situation, a participant is not entitled to a reduction of the seminar fee. If the originally planned trainer drops out, a substitute trainer will be provided for. If it is not possible to provide a substitute trainer, the already paid seminar fee will be refunded. Any further claims against the seminar organizer are invalid.

Withdrawal and rebooking by the seminar participant
You can withdraw your registration at any time before the seminar begins for a fee. In every case and without exception, this withdrawal must be made in-writing (regular mail or e-mail). We charge the following fees:

  • Cancellation up to four weeks before the start of the seminar no charge
